Postal Life Insurance [Pli] — transaction not credited | |||
My policy number is[protected]. My customer id is 65235579. I paid my premium for 01/12/2018 to 31/12/2018. I made payment online on 23/11/2018. By using punjab national bank debit card. My bank account debited but not credited in pli account. Ipaid rupee 4755. My mail id is [protected]@gmail.com. My phone number is [protected]. I purchased policy from ludhiana post office. During payment there was a network problem. Also i not recieve e mail acknowledgement kindly resolve my issue Was this information helpful? | |||

Computer server breakdown .postal person has been not tackening PLI Premium .So Iam confuse and sorry.

I have made my postal life insurance payment rs 2607 using my credit card and an amount of rs 2638.13 debited including the convenience fee for the same on 6th October 2022.But the amount not credited to my pli with policy number[protected].Credit card customer care center told that the transaction was successfull. Again on 10th of October 2022 I have paid the same again using upi transfer and the same got reflected on pli on the same day itself... Hence I request you to reverse the amount 2607 which was debited on 06/10/2022
