Postal Life Insurance — transfer of policy and policy status regarding

Kindly transfer my plic policy no mp-81397-cc to my hometown i. E jhunjhunu post office. (333001)
2. Not able to pay it from salary due to organisation change, transfer it so can revive manually at jhunjhunu po.
3. What is the policy status and how much amount is required to be deposited to revive the same.
4. Premium is regularly paid till aug 15.
