Bad Customer service by delivery staff at 3rd floor kids section trivandrum

This is to inform that on 10.04.2026 i have went to pothys trivandrum with my family and purchased a pants for my son. The sale.staff told alteration will be done and took the measurement and all and informed us to tell the staff at delivery section that alteration is there. I have told them alteration is there while packing but they told me to.go to billing counter and told we dont know anything about it. Finally one another sale.staff came and give us bill and told to come after 1 hour. This happened around 2.50 pm. Again after one hour when we approached the delivery section to collect the pants the delivery staff rudely told we dont know anything and you go to billing counter ljke that. Again we went approaching so many staff and finally one person came to delivery section and asked this women in saree and one hindi speaking boy at delivery counter. This women in saree rudely told this staff that i wont check and if you want you can get inside this area and search. Finally he entered and searched then the cloth was right there at delivery section. When i started complaining in tamil this lady in saree fled the scene and i have informed the hindi speaking boy about their worst behaviour. Very bad experience.
