product got expired in oct 2022,
really frustrated after taking it from my refrigerator.

I have bought couple of pants on 13-aug 2022 from Cochin, Kerala outlet But it got damaged in first use. The thread is coming out. Seems to be due to issue in material. You can find my bill in ur system by giving my mobile number. It was the credit card usage

I have purchased fruits and vegetables in Pothys Hyper on 17-09-22 and made payment through UPI Rs. 4471. But Pothys Hyper not able to verify my payment and denied to handover or delivery the products to me. But, my payment was done and transactions completed successfully refer the attached UPI transaction screenshots.

Yesterday I purchased a 3/4th pant at Salem Pothys -3rd floor. I paid the amount too, butI forgot to collect the purchased product from delivery section. Please tell me what is the way to collect it? Today it is raining heavily in my area. So tmw if I come, will I get my product?

I bought chuddi material cost 2500 rs, 5 months back, after third wash material torn in many places, it's like cheap cloth, I want some accaptable proper reply for this

Stitching fees was 600 for chuddi, altogether 3k plus loss, I want to raise this complaint bcz many would have got affected investing in branded chuddi like this from pothys .
I wanted to send picture of chuddi how it's torn, (nanjipona Mari, it got torn in between many places, weaving problem ?)

Today, I took 3 dresses for my kid.. but that size is not suit for him.. but aadi offer I didn't exchange those dreesses. so I lose 2k.. I couldn't expect offer ... Suddenly gone and purchased .. all dress is not suit for him...

I visited Pothys Nagercoil today (July 9, 2022) evening..

The parking staff asked my car keys for parking, and gave me a parking slip with (minus 2) Underground parking..

I came back from shopping and was returning back. The fuel tank which was full while parking was down by 2 points (10 plus litres).

They have stolen diesel from underground parking.

Please do the needful to deal with this irresponsible behaviour and get me atleast 10 litres of diesel (stolen equivalant) or compensation..

Hello sir, I have a happy customer of Tirunelveli pothys until today since I had a very bad experience in Chennai pothys' supermarket. I asked way for mt basket to pass on where a staff member is arranging tomato. I insisted her to move and make way and she denied, and I asked her patiently again, for that she replied very rude that naan thakaalila irunthu vilagi pogava, nee suthi poga vendiyathu thaana.now she touched my ego using nee, so please make a training to the staff members and teach them to behave to their customers. We also accept that they are working hard to feed their family, but touching our ego also triggers me, so please do the needful and teach them manners.
P.S : I never had such issues in Tirunelveli and the reason why I choose pothys over other shop is our loyalty to the shop.

We have purchased two sarees on 31.05.2022 worth of Rs 7500/- at the time of night 9.56 nobody informed us that we can claim gift voucher. Our neighbour told that we can claim gift voucher on every purchase of Rs 1000/-. When I have approached pothys on 03.06.2022 they refused to give the gift voucher. It's very unfair

On 3 june 2022, As a customer we went with our family for a purchase dress in pothys Nagercoil branch, our car key was handover to a pothys driver to park, as per their demand.
After finishing our purchase we start the car which was parked but the car was not start the baterry charge was completely down by the pothys driver, may be he used AC without starting the car. We asked what they don, no one give good responce, we ask them but a group of people around 15 to 20 people of pothys rowdys come and try to harm us, as a customer we was got a worst experience ever, No value to the customer, no one is their to solve the problem, after a agressive argument we have waited a long time and car started by a spare batery and we return to home.

In Nagercoil branch household (vegetable, crockery items) section they are taking long time for billing in the vegetable section as well as final billing.
Please give good training and customer care for the working staffs.
They are delaying customers time.

Past services of you in delivering fruits and vegetables were good. In recent days I can see worst service and quality. In my order ID ODD103594 which was delivered yesterday by dunzo guy, 6 mangoes got wasted, almost it's in the stage that either we need to eat all 6 today else we need to throw it.

In order ID ODD102210 almost beans and avarai got wasted in next day itself. I have texted in what's app not to send in dunzo. Check screenshot for reference. None of them replied

Contacting dunzo they say that you people are packing in early morning itself. All these are hard earned money and may I know why you people are playing like this.

Either refund me the amount or else I will take action. If not this will be my last order in pothys.

I am a regular customer of both Trichy and chennai pothys.

I went to pothys for eid purchase today. due to time constraints im unable to go out to finish my fast. so i get to know that pothys arranged iftar . so to my curiosity, me along my family visited the place. the iftar place arranged by the great pothys is their parking slots. where unclean Thar pai, i don't know how to explain the place was. godown mari, suthama kathu ilama, dump pani vacha mari. oru cup water kuda yarum Anga erundhu kudika mudiyadhu. But how pothys ipadi oru dangen mari place ha arrange panuvanga. Ya Allah. why pothys showing their kanjathanam on space to the fasting people they too ur customers dhana. yen pothys kita oru nalla space light kathu vasadhegal ilaiya. worst pothys. if the same place arranged for next year then seriously you will see... pothys try to be bit humanity. A worst and cha experience with u.

I purchased today morning 10.30, i purchased then finished biling, after going to exit security staffs very badbeaviour that lady security stafffs is treated badly i very upset, i very unhappy this chrompet branch.
