Sir,
I am to state that I have purchased material for "Pavadai Dhavani" among others in your firm on 07.11.2020 at a cost of ₹.13625.00 vide bill No.S/C 35944 and handed over the same for stitching the dress in the Tailoring Unit located in your firm vide order No.2027, Dt.07.11.2020. But, I shocked while receiving the dress on 10.11.2020 since the same was stitched in a worst condition and I have felt very unsatisfied and depressed during this festival time regarding the worst and unshaped stitching of dress. I, therefore, request that suitable remedy may please be issued in this regard .

    ORD_27093/Product not shipped and delivered

    I placed the above mentioned order on Nov 04th using pothys online shopping app and I don't see any update on the order so far with expected delivery date on 11th Nov.

    The customer sipport number is not active sine last week and always receive line busy tone.
    There is no option on the app to cancel order too.
    I need refund amount....

      I placed an order ORD_23007 on Oct 23 for 9000 with International shipping to USA.

      no updates on order, no replies to countless emails that I sent, customer care numbers are not reachable. They are either switched off or no one is attending the calls ..

            I had placed an order "ORD_27238" for 2 sarees of worth 13970 on 04/Nov/2020.

            It has been 2 days and there's no update on the order. The customer care number that is provided doesn't work at all, it just rings and no one picks it up, although its a mobile number.

            I need those sarees for upcoming Deepavali festival which is just 8 days far. Seeing the similar complaints in this portal, I'm worried, as my money is aldready billed on my credit card.

            Pothys has shipped my order on-time and in good condition. Since they hadn't updated the order for the first 4 days, I got panicked. I tried calling them and they were curtious enough to hel pme immediately. However, the phone lines were quite busy and needs multiple trials to attend. My appologies for this complaint.             Pothy's has shipped the order on time and in good condition. Since there was no update about the order for the first 4 days, I got panicked.

            Otherwise, they have a good customer service. I tried calling them and expressing my concern and they were curteous enough to attend to me immediately.

              No update on order

              I have placed an order on 1 Nov for two silk sarees to be delivered. There is no update on the order yet nor they are picking the phone number or responding on WhatsApp or on the email address provided.

              Very very bad experience!!...

              I have ordered a Saree worth of Rs.7985/- on 20th October from Pothys.com. So far they have not yet delivered. When I called they are telling Franch express courier misplaced the order to the another customer mistakenly.
              Pothys team not responding properly.
              Very very bad experience.

                Good morning sir,
                I am K.Ariharasuthan, Indian Bank Manager,
                Mob.No.[protected]. Today morning around 9 am I went for purchase of grocery and I purchased. Instead of purchasing ponni boiled rice, I purchased steamed rice so immediately after 5 min I reached the store for exchange they intimated exchange will be available after 10.30 only. I agreed and I purchased again my needed rice. Then I requested the billing person to hold the steamed rice to put the token, so that I don't want to carry the rice but the security incharge lady rejected that she wil not put the token for the purchased item. I intimated already I am having big luggage so I hard to carry the rice bag, after that too she rejected to put the token. So I left the bag before them and started. It's just Rs.240 is not the matter but it's a loss for me and I am regular purchaser in pothys and usually will purchase more than 4000 monthly. You can check my profile too. Why ur people's r behaving like this to the common man. Because of this I have to think to come again to pothys. My network is big and I will recommend to go to some other stores like vijayaganapathy, ravi department or to the chennai silks depond upon ur action against this.

                  Hi,
                  I have placed an order on June 20th for Rs5345. My order was kept on hold due to covid19, but the amount was debited from my account. I have been sending mails every week, still no response on my refund status. Please check and initiate my refund at the earliest

                    one Long Kurti KURN336from Pothys also paid rs.865 through online., I am very happy with ur service.i get it on time
                    But I got lots of dark black dots on the product
                    I request u to please replace the kurti

                      I have bought saree for my mother which cost rs.1600. Later my mom doesn;t like colour so i had changed. I exchanged and got sarees which cost rs.1423 and the management doesn;t return the balance amount rs.177. Instead asking me to buy something again.. Later i went and bought inner wear which cost rs.170 and again asking the balance amount. They were saying we dont give refund amount.. Ie rs.7. For this they making me to go and...

                      I have purchased an inner wear which is not exchangable on 4/10/2020. Its cost is 326rs. The problem is the product I recieved is not one which I was selected. The size and colour of the of the product was enterely different. I didnt used the product. I went back to pothys and complainted to the supervisor and manager. They behaved rudely. Told adamently that it cannot be exchanged. It was a Very bad experience from ur staff.I argued them to check cctv visuals to find the product I was selected and the girl taking another product for billing .

                      Shame on U . . I will share this bad experience with others. I am a Govt official. Please take necessary steps

                          In your Grocery shop (Hyper) we are not getting proper updates about the products, if we ordered grocery products online some of the products are available and some are out of stock which is been not even updated on the website, after ordering the products we have very poor delivery services we have ordered it on Saturday early morning i have got the OTP codes from your team but still we haven't received the products (Order ID: ODD6325), regarding this we tried to reach the concern team but there was no response, could you please improve this so that we could have a hassle free customer experience in future .
