Pothys — Pothys - ORD_215316 / Product Not Shipped and Delivered

I am raising a complaint regarding my order ORD_215316 placed with Pothys.

The order has not been shipped/delivered, and there has been no proper update regarding its status. I have also been unable to get in touch with customer support.

Please check the status of my order and provide an immediate update. If the order cannot be fulfilled, I would like the order to be cancelled and the full amount refunded.

Please resolve this issue at the earliest.
