Pothys — Refused exchange

I purchased a chudithar from the Madurai branch, but due to size issues, I tried to exchange it at the Chennai branch; however, I faced difficulties as there was no proper guidance and my exchange request was refused. I have attached the receipt for your reference.

I also sent a message on WhatsApp, but I have received no reply. I would appreciate your assistance in resolving this matter.
