Extremely Disappointed with Delayed Order and Lack of Communication

I placed an order on September 6th (Order #98490), and it has now been 21 days with no update, no response to my emails, and no replies to my repeated messages on WhatsApp. Your stated policy mentions international shipping takes 6–12 days, yet there's been no acknowledgment of the delay, no explanation, and not even a basic apology.
This lack of communication is extremely frustrating and completely unacceptable, especially from a company that presents itself as reputable. I expected far better service. Based on this experience, I have no intention of ordering from you again, and I will be sharing my experience with friends and family so they can avoid the same frustration.
Additionally, just days after I placed my order, you launched a Diwali sale (starting Sept 10) offering 10–20% discounts. Considering the significant delay and lack of communication, I expect you to offer a 20% discount on my order as a minimum gesture of goodwill.
Please respond immediately with a resolution, or I will be forced to escalate this further.
