Dear Sir/Madam,

I would like to bring to your attention an unpleasant experience we faced at Chromepet Pothys, 7th Floor (Footwear Section).
We were visiting the 7th floor around 10:00 PM and were trying a pair of shoes. During this time, the staff members switched off the lights while customers were still present. Even after requesting the floor staff multiple times to turn on the lights, there was no proper response.
One of the floor staff members, Mr. Padaman (7th Floor), behaved in a very aggressive and unprofessional manner, showing irritation and declining our request to switch on the lights. His behavior made us extremely uncomfortable, and due to this poor service attitude, we decided not to proceed with the purchase.

This kind of experience is unexpected from a reputed store like Pothys. I kindly request you to look into this matter, take appropriate action, and update us on the status.
