Hi pps,

I gave my vehicle no ts 09 ed 6522, for body shopping, on dec 18th to claim for front wind shield, back door scratch.

On 23rd i got my vehicle without mirror cap, without the vehicle, all the cellotape marks are on the top both sides of front wind shield.
After hard discussion, driver from pps came and handover the cover, and he didn't know how to fix it,
Vehicle is in servive station for one week, i didn't get a single call through out week, i called for for status daily. Surprise is they submitted two claims, one for small scratch, one for wind shield. I didn't understand why don't they cover in single for nill dip and zero claims till date.
PPS Motors customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

Mirror cap missing, why they opened mirror cap don't know.
All cellotape marks are on the body of vehicle, didn't washed and cleaned vehicle, before handover.

    I’m complaining 3 months later after the incident took place. My car jetta (Ts 04 ed 6666) met with an accident in the month of may and was delivered back on august 7th. Mr. Srinivas was allotted as my car advisor. I have claimed for insurance and mine is a zero dip insurance policy. Initially after the accident the alloys were scratched and bent because of the impact and informed srinivas not change the alloys as they would cost me a fortune and at the time of delivery he had informed that he ordered for alloys and i should buy those. Ridiculously nagged that he had to bear the expenses because i said no to the alloys. I didn’t understand why ppl had to force me to take new alloys when i said no. Similarly i said no to the beadings on the door and they said they wouldn’t change them. To my shock they have added a new bearing cost in the bill and asked me to pay even when they were not changed at all. Pps motors have tried to trick me in all possible way. Volkswagen is a good brand but service centres like these are defaming the brands history and future in india.

    I have taken snaps of the bill which initially they have asked me to pay before changing it to a new one.

      Your khajaguda workshop has kept our car with them since yesterday owing to delay in adjusting the credit due to us. Enclosed is cheque paid by them that needs to be adjusted against our dues. The cheque could not be deposited since the payee name has a spelling mistake.

      They are refusing to adjust this credit, till their accounts clears it and it is the second day now. They are not offering a timeline on how long this adjustment would take. Enclosed is copy of cheque due to us from pps motors which was returned to them.

      Also 2 emails were sent since yesterday and the local front office has not responded.
      PPS Motors customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
