Have given my 1.5yrs old Tata Safari Dark edition for service at PPS Tata Medavakkam on 16-Dec-23. On delivery date of 18-Dec, they mentioned that there is wetness under the floor mat which might be due to the floods that occurred in first week of December and suggested me to take it to PPS Tata Chromepet Chennai. I have immediately took my vehicle and gave it at Chromepet Service Centre on 18-Dec. They noted it as category A even without looking at it. I didn’t get my vehicle back even today after 2.5 months. No one responds to our calls with ownership and they kept changing expected delivery dates each time. After spending nearly 30L on such vehicle, it is really frustrating to go through this ordeal at the hands of such service centres. I’ll go to any extent to teach them a lesson.
