Hello
We booked ticket from pune to Akola from your website on 1st June for 3rd June to travel. We pay it by Google pay.after payment we got a mail saying login to get a ticket. We did but when we went to the purple bus station they said this seat is booked on the name of another person. Now I need refund back. My transaction ID is[protected]
