Hello, I am abhishek kundu. Pnr number[protected]. I had booked a bus for journey dated 4 october 2019, from prasanna purple from pune to nagpur for 2 travellers. But due to some reason i have cancelled the ticket. The bus pnr number is[protected]. But till date the money is not refunded. Please look into the matter, and resolve the issue as early as possible.
