Hello,
I am abhishek kundu. Pnr number[protected].
I had booked a bus for journey dated 4 october 2019, from prasanna purple from pune to nagpur for 2 travellers.
But due to some reason i have cancelled the ticket.
The bus pnr number is[protected].
But till date the money is not refunded.
Please look into the matter, and resolve the issue as early as possible.

Hello,
I am Abhishek Kundu.
My ticket number is TNAC16824738.
I have booked a ticket of 4/10/2019 of Pune to Nagpur from Prasanna purple for 2 travellers.
But I cancelled my ticket. But till date I have not received the amount.
So please refund me the amount. I don't have PNR number of the bus ticket.
