Prasanna Travels — due to prassana's bus failure and mismanagement my son missed his very important workshop at pune | |||
I am traveling in prassana purple from akola to pune. Ealier when i booked my ticket with prassana through red bus app, i hv received all details bout bus. Ealier my bus was mh 14 cw 3282 and the departure time ws 9.30 pm. But it came lade by 50 min. N at 10.15 we suppose to leave akola but it was got fails in akola only. Then they shifted us in other bus mh 14 gu 9015 after waiting for almost 2 hrs in ts cold, then we left akola at almost 1 am at night. Then after reeaching somewhere near aurangabad, again they shifted us in bus no other bus at 5 am. I want to complaint about their such unproffesitional behaviour due to which my son missed his jee mains workshop at 9 am in pune, in which i have registered his name couple of month before.
