We are traveling from pune to shegaon by prasanna purple bus, we have paid extra money for lcd tv in compartment. And tvs are not working. When we asked attendent for the reason. They rudely said tv was for till dinner only, which was around 1 hour. I am traveling from pune to shegaon Bus no. Mh 14 cw 2373. Such a worst service ever got. Kindly take action immediately. This is first time with purples buses Very bad experience. I paid money after it we did not get bus for travel & I request to everyone plzz be aware whenever you book this company buses

I booked tickets of the prassanna purple bus from Pune to Nanded through Red bus Online Tickes Booking Service, .
But I got another bus which is was named SANADI which had very poor quality.
Amount were deducted from my account was same as prasanna Purple chrages..
