Prasanna Travels — rash driving and rude irresponsible driver

I travelled yesterday by Prasanna purple travels below are the details : Dear Customer, For ur journey to Pune-Mumbai (Dadar), pl. board Bus MH-01-CR-3400 DEP. Time[protected]:00 PM, REPORT BEFORE 30 mts. - Prasanna Purple

I want to inform you about my experience and I want my money back with compensation as this was a mental harrasment :

1. I was standing with my mother at swargate MSRTC bus stop and an agent comes and said the bus is full and about to leave. He said there are families also so no need to be scared. We went to the purple office at swargate they said bus is arriving in 2 Min I paid rs 600/- for 2 tickets till CBD belapur.

2. We got in the bus and guess what it's was empty...there were no families and bus guy didn't even stop for 2 Min so that we could complaint at the purple office. We were scared but we had no choice and we started the journey. The driver and helped were extremely rude and they were misbehaving with all the passenger who were asking for help.

3. Bus stopped at hinjwadi and there was a passenger got in the bus. The bus helper came to take the money from him and asked for 400/- rs but they had a deal of rs 300/-. They Insulted the passenger and made him get down of the bus...it was harrasment to the customer.

4. On the ghat the driver was driving extremely rash and we were very scared. One passenger got up and told the driver the slow down but the driver didn't listen and continued driving fast.

5. The bus stopped at Khalapur and I reminded the helper to stop at CBD belapur twice and he said yes. When they reached kharghar I again reminded them to stop at cbd belapur and he said yes.

6. It was too dark and traffic and he FORGOT to stop at CBD belapur. I checked on map and found that we have already crossed CBD belapur. I told the driver that my stop is already gone he is casually saying ok get down here..it was a dark hill area and nobody was there even no transportation.

7. After lot of argument and I insulting us Infront of all the Passenger he made us get down at Nerul and we paid 250/- rs from there to our house.

I NEED COMPENSATION OF MY 600/- THAT I HAVE PAID AND 250/- WHICH IS PAID FOR THE AUTO RICKSHAW AS THIS MENTAL HARRASMENT TO ME AND MY 57 YEARS OLD MOTHER. ALSO I NEES ACTION AGAINST THE DRIVER BALVIR AND HELPER OF BUS NO 3400.

I HAVE ALREADY COMPLAINT THE SAME AT CONSUMER FORUM

I SPOKE TO YOUR CUSTOMER CARE YESTERDAY HIS NAME WAS SWAPNIL AND HE ASKED ME TO WRITE THIS MAIL FOR MY COMPENSATION.
