[Resolved] Prasanna Travels — Worst behaviour and cancel bus | |||||
I have booked pune to jalna on 5 July 2017 AC sleeper (time 10:30pm) Via PAYTM . they cancelled bus for a reason that bus is empty, only four seats booked. and pune head office service replied arrogantly that 'i don't have a time for your problem ask for refund to paytm'...after that I asked them give me reason in written with your name they simply said 'no I don't have a time for that, do whatever you want to do.' Verified Support Jul 06, 2017 Prasanna Travels Customer Care's response Dear Customer we are Deeply sorry for inconvenience caused to you.Due to low occupancy we have cancelled bus & immediately called to customer.We are trying to adjust in other Ac sleeper coach.But customer not agreed.It is not possible to transfer seat in other operator. so our customer executive lastly give solution regarding Refund. | |||||
