Sir, I booked the Smart Watch DM 360 Bluetooth, Smartwatch with android 6.1, 4G calling & Heart Rate Sensor on dt 28, March 2019 on Rs.1999.This product is very low quality. I request to you please return the product and refund to my payment in cash. I am also attached a product photos. my ref code [protected]

The company has sent a wrong watch and I am unable to open the lid also to place the battery.
The description was different in the website.
Request to return the money.
