Samsung Color Laser Printer — Poor service | |
Dear Sir I have purchase your products in the year of 2010. I am having problem in taking print out while printing it is coming background whatever printing at the top same copy at the bottom of the page. I have made complaint over by phone (TOLL FREE) your service engr Mr. Naresh Kumar (MObile No.[protected]) attended on February 2013; till date not clear the problem. First time he came for attend the work and says that to check One tray at the back side of the printer. I have made 30 phone calls then only he came after 3 Months that is on 18th May month 2013; with that tray and checked that the tray is not a problem and he says that I have to check the drum. Till date he not attend the work and after again 30 call he is telling the price of the drum is Rs- 1500/-- I say OK Come and replace the drum till date not cleared. because of this I have spend Rs- 2500/-- to 3000/-- for taking printout from Computer center. I have feel that do not purchase any SAMSUNG Products because of your poor performance in service. For 1 Printer you are taking more than 6 Months.
