Printvenue — Return my good print magic photo mug

I purchased photo magic mug from printvenue.com. Order no[protected]/ 27.07.2016 paid Rupees.773.60 and order no[protected] paid Rupees 773.60 and order no[protected]/31.07.2016 paid Rupees 1, 172.90 and order no[protected]/01.08.2016 paid Rupees 1.172.90. But the above magic mug not showing my photo clearly. so I am not intersted. I want clear photo with white mug. I already returned this above order by speed post on - 09.08.2016 to Udyog Vihar, Haryana, India-122016.But the seller no reply my repeated request.morethen one month have gone.the product or my cash are not supplied. So kindly request to you take necessary steps at an early date. 03.09.2016

Yesterday i signed as a guest with the id [protected]@gmail.com in this site.i ordered for a cover of my mobile phone...money was deduct from my account but my order was not placed till now..even though i did not get any refund in my account as customer care said to me.what will be next process?how i will get that money.
