kenstar little cooler — complaint no-THA[protected]

SIR,
I had purchesed kenstar little coolar at Rs.3900..with 1year voranty period.,but with in 8 month the blower fan of cooler not working...
i had given complent to survice provoider before 2 month of expir..of vorenty period...complaint no.THA[protected],and also i had got phone call of surviceprovider that he will coming for repairing...but not reching till date...

so pls do the needfull in this complaint case..
