Professional Courier — My parcel missing

I have placed an order of hair oil and serum and a soap from one of the Instagram page. They booked the parcel on 24th September and said that most probably it will deliver by next day. I have asked them the tracking details too. They send but after dispatched there is no update from courier service side.im from Trichy the product is dispatched from Salem. Here in Trichy professional courier service is bad. even if the parcel is reached, they won't deliver it they asked us to pickup.it happened most of the time. Now from Salem office my parcel missed they don't know that the parcel reached to specific branch or main branch or any details. If the person order for any emergency need things like these happens means it is really bad its been 1 week i have waited whether they could find or not? kindly help me to get my parcel
