Non-trackable Courier and No Update on Tracker

Address: No 2 line house chellappa nagar karaikudi (near leaders school backside road) sivaganga District Tamilnadu -630002

I have sent an important document through the professional courier to Karaikudi to Oman (Muscat) which supposed to deliver it within the week as per the executive wherein after 8 days, still no clue where the courier is and no update on the tracker. When i call the courier office in Karaikudi, they said the parcel is reached Chennai on 25th Nov 2024 and there is no further information.

Even though i know for the professional...

This is to bring to your notice

One parcel was booked on 18 September 2024 in MUTHUR
Reference Receipt No KKR 5681207
Delivery location Sakthinagar south Thindal Erode. To Mr P Viswanathan. Phone no provided in address [protected].
This was in urgent nature I was awaiting for the delivery yesterday.
The said parcel was to the delivery place in Erode.

The parcel was not delivered to the receiver namely myself P Viswanathan in time
. Contacted the following contact no as per customer care professional courier.

After made contact self been informed that door is locked and could not deliver.

Actually I was awaiting for the parcel to receive

No one has come to the address nor made contact or sent message

Mr Balu said customers should provide mobile phone to delivery man then only customer will be informed by phone

I do not know such rules are there by the company
Request the company to deliver the parcel but
Refused to attend the call or deliver the parcel.

    Now it is going to Bangalore,
    May i know why Bangalore? please deliver it to pune.

    So much of pathetic service, I need a quick resolution and escalation on the courier service from Banahatti.

      I sent a product with tracking number KMR6138851 on July 23rd. Since then, there have been no updates on the Professional Courier's online tracking system. When I call customer support, they disconnect the call, stating they have no updates. How can I get my tracking details? What is the point of having a courier service if they don't provide updates?

          Please refer to the tracking number hyd83418836 shipped on june 7, 2024. As per the tracking, the document reached the destination station at kottayam on 13 june. But it is not yet delivered.

              We have booked a courier on May 23 2024 from Banaswadi branch(Bangalore) to Jharkhand. The parcel dispatched but returned back to Bangalore on 27th May, We didn't get any call/text from courier service about the return. While tracking, we came to know it returned back to origin. When we checked with Banaswadi branch, concern Lady said parcel is returned but no reason is mentioned. So she said if you want to courier it again, pay again. We had already paid full amount 1000/- for the same before, Now If addresses are correct and no such issues, why it got returned without reason. They are unable to answer it. They just said we will talk to manager and call you back. It's been 2 days. I am trying to reach multiple times they are not picking my call.
              Even if it happend because of any middle-man confusion, why I am suppose to pay?
              Isn't it their responsibility to take care till final destination?
              Its really urgent, Kindly get it deliver fast. resolve the issue asap.

                  I have ordered Hibiscus Shampoo and Hair Serum in Magical Jar (Seller) on 31st March, 2024. I did not received any phone calls from st courier, When i tack my product on st courier on 10th April, 2024, It showing product delivered at pallavaram but i am residing near to Navalur, Chennai - 603103. I did not received product but it showing delivered.

                    I sent an envelope to Telungana - Hyderabad from Trichy - Tamil Nadu- on the 1st of April 2024. Till date 09.04.2024 it has not reached to the destination. normally it takes only three to five days only. when mailed, they are not providing proper feedback or what happened to the parcel.

                    I need the parcel back to me intact

                    My feeling is that these people collect money upfront & throw the parcel/envelops so that the entire money goes to their pocket depriving innocent customers.

                      I am writing to you to lodge a formal complaint against Professional Courier Services. I am exasperated and extremely annoyed by the negligent, misleading, and unprofessional services provided by the said courier company.

                      Despite my residential address being within a prime and easily accessible area that witnesses daily deliveries from various courier services, grocers, and food delivery outlets like Swiggy, I was informed by Professional Courier Services that my locality doesn't have courier service. Consequently, I was insisted upon to collect my parcel, Airway Bill number JPR[protected], from their office myself.

                      This is clearly a breach of the terms of service on their part as delivery should be made to the given address. The quality of service further continues to diminish as a second shipment under Airway Bill number JPR[protected], is delayed. I am apprehensive that the same misleading justification will be given to justify their inability to manage delivery to my robustly served area.

                      Considering these ongoing issues, I request you to consider my complaint with utmost seriousness. I am seeking a prompt resolution to ensure proper delivery of both of my packages and a reassurance that such gross negligence will not occur in the future.

                      I thank you for your immediate attention and assistance in this matter.

                        On 1st March, the courier was booked from Regenta Hotel Harshnagar to Sonu Gautam Krishnanagar, BT I have not received the courier yet, on checking it is showing near Rail Bazar, I contacted the in-charge of The Professional Courier Rail Bazaar Ms. Sadhna ji([protected]) and told everything and send the courier details but she did not give any response and she is not even picking the call. I request you to kindly send the courier as soon as possible.

                          It's a month now and I didn't receive my parcel... I e-mailed and complained about the same Many times but didn't get any response... Sort this as soon as possible. It is showing dispatched but no update since then and I am also not getting my parcel delivered. I am attaching some pictures as a proof .. help me get this sorted.

                            Package Not received By me

                            I have ordered through online and the seller has sent the parcel through professional couriers from Bangalore to Coimbatore. The consignment number is BLR[protected]. I haven't received the parcel yet and no has called me, when I track the parcel, its marked as Delivered. Trying to reach customer care from last two days, No response from their end....

                            Its been a week since the package was shipped from home town through Professional Couriers. The Consignment was dispatched from Pollachi on 07 FEB 2024 and reached Chennai Padur Professional Couriers on 08 FEB 2024. Since then the package remain in the same location and yet to be delivered. No one answers the call in Padur office. I have been waiting since 08 FEB 2024 for my package.

                            This is highly frustrating from Professional Couriers. They are truly UNPROFESSIONAL but still claim they are the No.1 courier services in India which is very shameful.

                              I sent a business letter with valuable papers on January 20, 2024 from Chennai to Mohali, Punjab. No change in tracking even after 24th.Till now its showing on Transit.
                              I gave some message complaints on their website twice on 25th and 26th with no response. On 26th I tried the customer care number in Chennai and a person responded saying its a holiday and so to call on Monday. On Monday I called and a woman said she is raising ticket and I will get information in the afternoon. Nothing. At 7 pm I got an SMS saying its resolved and ticket closed. I tried Chennai and Mumbai today for long and Chandigarh responded and informed that its deliverer on 24th but not updated on site.

                                I have ordered from ICAI vide AWB number AGR[protected] on 15th of January but i am unable to track it while today morning of 25th January i received a call from someone asking me to pay some amount as my order is misplaced while i want to confirm it from the respective authorities but they are not answering the calls and also not replying to the mails.
