The Tiruvannamalai Branch in Gandhi nagar, has the worst service possible, the staff are extremely rude and disrespectful. Many people have given them a bad review, yet they continue to respond in the same way. We have completely stopped using professional couriers due to this reason. We have been utilizing professional couriers for many years, and we are currently based in Verrapandiprivu, Coimbatore. I've been getting calls from professional courier Veerapandi Pirivu branch asking me to come and pick up a courier that they aren't delivering to my home directly.

Hello,

I faced a very unprofessional approach by your staffs in Thrissur, Kodagallur and Vadanapally Branches (Kerala) I have sent the above consigment on 07-AUg-20023 from Chennai; in tracking system it shows reached Thrissur on 08-aug-2023 still not received.

The courier submitted on 07.03.2022 from Madurai to Pune has still not been delivered even after 5 days. The customer service call was picked up only once out of my several attempts at Madurai and I was informed that the parcel will be delivered on the 4th day itself but still it has not been. Customer service calls were not answered at Pune and this delay is very disappointing.

Hi, We regularly use professional couriers to transfer the parcels to various cities. Service is good in some places but also a few delay delivery in some places. Professional couriers didn't deliver to home address instead need to collect from their office which is in fact difficult than to collect the parcel from original sender. My home is in an area where most of the courier services provides delivery

I do not understand why do '"The professional courier" offer to provide courier service for an area where they cannot deliver.

There has been a consignment for me, that reached the Professional Courier office in Varkala.They have denied delivering it to my home address which is 1km away.I reached out to Kochi regional office and I am being told that in Kerala couriers will not be delivered to home address.They do it only to flats, as it costs them more fuel if they start delivering to home address. A parcel was booked on May 3 from Thiruvalla, Kerala to Banglore. The parcel has reached Bangalore on May 5. Even after calling several times, the delivery was not given. Both the sender and the recipient kept calling but they kept ignoring. The parcel was dispatched from Thiruvalla on May 3 and delivered to Bangalore on June 28. The professional courier delivery service in Hyderabad is in a pathetic state. A courier was sent from Chennai, Tamilnadu on on 29th April 2021 and the consignment number: MAA[protected] . As per the online tracking it reached Hyderabad on 30th April 2021 and still not delivered at the address and they have updated the details as PARTY SHIFTED on 3rd May2021.
