MAA571242496- Courier not received after five days-Thrissur branch behaved unprofessionally

I faced a very unprofessional approach by your staffs in Thrissur, Kodagallur and Vadanapally Branches (Kerala) I have sent the above consigment on 07-AUg-20023 from Chennai; in tracking system it shows reached Thrissur on 08-aug-2023 still not received.

I am trying to check with above three branches none of them are accountabiity for thier work they are diverting with to these branches I tried calling the main branch Thrissur...

The above consignemnt reached your kundara branch on 5th of aug 2023. They rand g up and told me that there is no door delivery and so i have to go to their office and collect the letter. I am a senior citizen aged 78 and expressed my inability to move . The y refused for door delivery. They told that it i s a regular practice there. Next day i waited for delivery. They never turned up.Since the matter was urgent, agfter waiting up to 5 pm, i hired a taxi and went to their office to get the letter. This is quite unpleasant and an unfair trade practice.Hence i have decided to approach the conusmer dispute forum kollam for redressal of my girievance if no satifactory explanation is recived from your side

    I had couriered parcel on 03/08/2023.
    The courier was supposed to deliver by 05/08/2023 to the respective location but till has not been received.
    On the tracking details it's just showing 03/08/23 received at MUMBAI KURLA-AMB.

      A courier(DOCKET NO PNI[protected] dispatched to me last month[protected] has not been delivered to me till now. The package was arrived in professional courier office mannuthy (state - kerala, district - thrissur) last monday[protected] which is 4km away from my location. They had made call to me over phone informing the same on[protected] and has adviced me to come to their office to take delivery of my pacakage. I asked the reason why they are not able to deliver item to the address mentioned in package for which the professional courier executive (ph no: [protected]) gave a reply that it will take 1 week to reach to the destination mentioned in package at the time of booking as there is no staff for delivery.

      Yesterday[protected] i had contacted the same executive over phone and enquired regarding the delivery for which the executive asked me to reach their office for taking delivery . Today i again made call to same executive enquiring the time of delivery for which reply is there is no staff for delivery.

      I wonder how could such a well known courier service is so irresposible to their own customer who had maid complete payment for delivering the item. Why could you appoint staff .

      I also made phone call to customer care executive of thrissur district head (ph no:[protected])reporting the same and they responded saying, it is up to the located area executive to deliver the courier and they have nothing to do with the lead time in delivery.

      What my request is to look into the subject matter and do the needful on urgent basis to resolve my issue ie deliver my product (docket no: PNI[protected]

      I also need a proper explanation from your side for wasting all my time.
      Even today your executive is not able to say the expected delivery time rather he is asking me to take delivery from your office.

      What is the point in paying your courier charge if you cant deliver item even after reching your own office more than 6days???

        I had couriered the medicines with the required prescription letter on 01/08/2023 at around 12.30pm on a very urgent basis for which I paid Rs.350/- charge.
        The courier was supposed to deliver by 03/08/2023 to the respective location but till 05/08/2023 it has not been received.
        On the tracking details it's just showing 03/08/23 at Nashik factory.

        Whole day, I have been making calls to one of the staff Kiran - [protected](Nashik), but with his irresponsible behaviour he was unable to give me the update and also cut my calls.
        Later I called up in the Thakurdwar branch (Mumbai from which I sent the courier) to Vijay - [protected], but he also failed to give me the update regarding the delay in delivery.

        There is a patient who is required for this medicines (worth Rs.5000/- )on time hence this couriered was sent on URGENT BASIS.
        But with careless, non-working & inefficient staff I'm experiencing a big loss.

        I'm very disappointed with this company.

          They are not at all updating the status tracking id MTY17894665
          It's taking much more time to deliver the order where booked on 22-july-2023 and today is 29- july-2023
          Now no updated from almost professional courier and the reviews from multiple websites of the professional courier are worst please help me to deliver my order

                My courier is not received since 2 weeks as of writting this is my conginment number hrd[protected] and this is my complaint number is crm452785, when i call sahibabad office the guy said he didn't received the courier, and delhi office no one is ready to accept they work their or have any duty towards deliverying the courier, a blind and deaf pigeon can offer better service than this company

                  Package receipt no. not delivered after 10 days. They can't even track and find out it's location. It is an important document with respect to a contract. I lost the contract and incurred a loss of Rs. 2, 50, 000. Company has to pay me this as compensation.

                          month of may 26th 2023, sent Pulse oxi meter to hydrabad, the delivery took more than 4 working days, when i was opend the box, my product was replaced also it was defective.

                              Package not yet delivered for urgent

                              I have sent a package on 1st June but it is not yet delivered. they said it will reach in 1 day but when I called they keep saying that it will be delivered. my package contains door key and my relatives reached Bangalore and they are waiting outside from 2 days. I lost 2500 for this and they have broken the door which cost of 5000. Mr Vijay is the in charge in dooravani nagar in Bangalore he is rude and not responding properly....

                              Courier person refused to home deliver, hence I went and collected the parcel on 2nd June from Harohalli. After coming home I opened and could see that the ordered item went missing.

                              I ordered 3 bottles of honey, 1kg each. However when I opened the parcel I see only 2 bottles of Honey. I checked with the Vendor, he has confirmed he sent 3kgs of Honey.

                              I don't have a clue where 1 bottle is missing.

                              On the same day I tried to raise a compliant from Professional Couriers website. ( Website link: https://tpcindia.com/customer-care.aspx) The tool simply not allowing to submit the compliant.

                              I'm expecting them to address my concern that did somebody opened the parcel and sealed again? In case they are unable to return the missing product, I want them to refund the product value (1kg Honey bottle - rs 367)

                                On 31/05/2023, I had entrusted professional couriers with the shipment of some edible goods, which held significant value both financially and sentimentally. However, upon opening the package, I was shocked to find that the items had been chewed and destroyed by rats, rendering them completely unusable and irreparable.

                                I want to emphasize that I took utmost care in packaging the goods to ensure their safe transportation. The package was securely sealed and protected with appropriate padding to prevent any damage during transit. It is evident that the package was subjected to unsatisfactory storage conditions, allowing rats to access and damage the contents.

                                I understand that unforeseen incidents can occur, but it is the responsibility of a reputable courier company to ensure the safe and secure delivery of packages entrusted to them. In this case, it is clear that appropriate measures were not taken to prevent damage caused by vermin. I enquired with the office I shipped and they knew that the goods are damaged by rata, but instead of informing to me they sealed the package and delivered.

                                As a result of this negligence, I have suffered both financial and emotional losses. The damaged goods cannot be replaced, and I am left with a sense of frustration and dissatisfaction with the services provided by your company. I expected a professional and reliable service, but the incident has shattered my confidence in your company's ability to handle deliveries responsibly.

                                I kindly request that you take immediate action to address this issue. I expect a thorough investigation into how such a situation could have occurred, as well as an explanation of the steps that will be taken to prevent similar incidents in the future. Additionally, I believe it is only fair that I am compensated for the loss of my goods.

                                I would appreciate a prompt response to this complaint and a resolution to the matter without delay. I expect a refund for the cost of shipping and reimbursement for the value of the damaged goods. It is crucial that you treat this matter with the urgency and seriousness it deserves to restore my faith in your company's services.

                                I have attached relevant documents and photographs as evidence of the damage incurred. Please let me know if you require any additional information or documentation to process my complaint.

                                  29/05/2023 I sent a courier (CONSIGNMENT No. MLM[protected] which a framed drawing from Malappuram to Thrissur. courier is well packed with big thermocol . and i written Glass, Handle with care in all side of the courier.
                                  courier arrived in destination today, but the frame was broken when open the courier. Very disappointed from the side of "The Professional couriers. I am usually courier my framed drawing but it is the first time incident because the courier is highly packed and marked with handle with care. The quality of the wooden frame is good and it broken. By the blessing of god drawing is safe, But the price of the frame(300) lose. I will not recommend The professional couriers to anyone cause of this incident.

                                    The online tracking says, returned to the zonal office, Kurla mumbai.

                                    No update was given to te consignee on mobile

                                    There is a delay !!!
