I shifted from mumbai to Bareilly(U.P) and given the contract for shipment of all the furniture to Professional Relocations Pakers & Movers.

As per terms & conditions of the company, damages during transit is subject to compensations.

My LED Tv has been damaged during transit but when i try to contact to company for insurance claim for the same then they dont reply for the same.

I have the voice recording of the ADMIN of the company about agreeing upon the insurance claim for the damages.

Please look in this matter.

Hi I booked a courier, document from Thiruvarur (Tamilnadu) to Nagercoil (Tamilnadu) on 21.02.17. It was a medical certificate and was urgent to get delivered but on 24.02.17 when I called Nagercoil branch, they said that it was returned due to no on at home. But the recipient was at delivery address without going out waiting for this document. Moreover I had written both (To and From) parties mobile number for assistance. And after I explained on emergency, they had called the recipient and asked them to come and collect from their office and denied to do door delivery. Why should I pay for getting collected from the office, rather delivering at door steps.
Very pathetic service. Planning to suite a case in consumer court.

Condition of courier is pathetic there was change in tape colour, I used brown, trace marks of brown removed and white celotape used...
I think this company survives through the money which we send through couriers!!i heard courier scanned but if they identify there is money if they follow the rules which they framed they should have returned it undelivered not to leading it to theft n robbery!!! We had transported our entire household goods from Bombay to Bangalore about a year back. This company transported the the goods by packing the same most unprofessionally and badly damaging our precious property. Company further not ready to compensate for damages.
Damages include:-
* Most crockery and glass ware broken.( approximate damage 10k)
* One new cupboard damaged beyond repairs. Value reduced from 50 K to zero now.
* 21 inch computer screen fully damaged.( cost 15000 )
* Damage to clothes 3000.
* Kitchen utensils/ electrical appliances costing Rs8000 approximately.
Company representatives had inspected damaged goods.

I have sent my belonging thru professional packers from udaipur, we dispatched things on 8.9.16 and they confirmed me it will reach on or before 14.9.16 but the same reached on 24.9.16. Once reached i witnessed my chair & tv stand was broken during transits, when i asked for reimbursement they told it will credit after 2 days. But still now nothing happened when i called thru phone they simply telling we will check.

Really disappointing service.luggage had to reach before six days from now but is still nowhere near it's destination. Even i[censored] ask the office they ll give you a thousand of other numbers to ask from. Finally got to know from the tracking services that the luggage is half left at the previous station, God knows even if it got missing. Had chosen the package bd delivery service becoz wanted the luggage immediately but totally of no use. These people take the full payment during book nd then god can only save ur luggage nd send in on time to the destination area.

I have booked courier from delhi to bengalure on 11/08/16..But I have not received the courier...if I go and ask in Bangalore courier office they are saying it is returned back to delhi..but with out consulting the consignee they have returned back..due to this I have lost Rs.20000...Still they are playing and not responding properly docket no. is DEL[protected]

I received my house goods sent from Gurgaon to Mumbai through your Packers & Movers service. And I found 3 bags missing.

Total Cartons/items were 37...and we found them at my Mumbai house. But, when I opened boxes, few were half filled. We found that 3 bags of our new clothings are missing.
I informed the same to person visited to my site from Mumbai office- at mob- [protected].

I did this complaint with entire details of bills at below company address : [protected]@gmail.com

But, there is no revert.

Very bad experience with - Professional Packers & Movers. Actually this is a Un-professional company.

Dear Sir,

I have recently shifted from mumbai to delhi on Jan 2016. I had decided to move all my house hold belongings from Professional Packers & movers.

It was one of the biggest mistake, I can say.

All my glass items as well as wooden items has been broken.

My sofa, bed, wooden table, water purifier all has been completely broken.

Please help me to claim my broken items, because company concern officials are not responding properly.

I booked 4 consignments with Professional Packers and Movers in Chennai on 15th Sep, 2015 to be delivered to 4 locations which were Rourkela, Vadodara, Ambala and London. I was assured a timeline of 7-10 working days for delivery of all items and 8-10 working days for London consignment once I confirmed the address to them(which was confirmed on 28th Sep, 2015 via mail). Out of the 3 India consignment 2 were received with a delay of 5-8 days WITH DAMAGES. Damage 1 was that Samsung fridge shipped in good condition arrived with multiple dents and Damage 2 was that Samsung LED tv shipped in good condition arrived with damage to the screen. On repeated followups with the PPM teams both in Chennai and Delhi, I have not been given a resolution. As per quotations provided by Samsung the total repair cost for the damage is Rs 25000. But the bigger issue is that the other 2 consignments (Vadodara and London) are yet to be received and are MISSING (not received as on 30 Oct 2015). The consignment to Vadodara is a Swift Dzire Car. The company officials (named below) are not confirming anything on the timelines and hence am forced to file complaint here. I have been lied to by company officials on multiple occasions and due to the non delivery I have had to incur multiple new expenditures and have undergone a lot of stress. The company officials have no idea on how to handle international consignment but I was promised that they are experts on the process and every thing would be handled by them end to end. Moreover all the 3 company officials listed below are not taking my calls now and emails sent to the officials id's, as mentioned on their website, doesn't get any reply. HI, We have arranged Professional Packers and Movers for transporting our house hold commodities from KOLKATA to BANGALORE on 16th of June 2015. They assured that the goods will be delivered within 5-8 days in Bangalore. However it has been more than 20 days and still the goods has not been delivered. When asked they are saying the same thing it will be delivered soon. Please act on the same.

But this is the 2nd time I am facing issue with professional courier. The medicine was dispatched from Lifeforce on 22nd May'15 and received at Bhubaneswar on 23rd May'15 as per online tracking but still not delivered at my location. I followed 2-3 times but no response yet. If this is the best and quick service then I make you sorry for that. Request your quick action as I have already out of my medicine and still struggling for this courier delivery. This is to notify you that Mr Vinod Kumar has picked up my household items from Krishnagar city, Nadia District, West Bengal, dated 10th May 2015, vide Invoice Number 37375. According to the Consignment, 41 item was listed with full insurance. All items need to be delivered in Bangalore While delivering on 19th May 2015, There was two items were missing . Item Number 14 ( Indane Empty gas cylinder) and Item Number 40 ( a Big trolly bag with full of dress material) These two missing items will cost around INR 40000 which includes the value of dress materials inside the Trolly bag as mentioned in Item number 40. On the day of delivery, your Bangalore counterpart assured me that they will deliver those two missing items within 2 - 3 days. I have a courier on 12th Monday 2015. But 16 Friday 2015 itself not delivered. When I call back the courier service they responded harsh and they told me it revised on yesterday itself.But Courier not received yet to me. They blaming that in office address we are not responsible to handover personally.But that courier not for the company that sent to me with my name and number.I lost my courier.

A package sent from Kalpetta, Wayanad, Kerala to Pathways World School, Gurugaon-122002. on[protected].
But the package not delivered till this day. No communication for my emails and tracking facility. The local office
could, nt given any sufficient explanation. The things in the package may became useless now.

I got a parcel from Kolkatta (Diwali sweet) to Bangalore and it was fully damaged. I didnt accept the parcel (CC_No : ccu[protected]. Though they charge Rs.150 for this delivery and it was not delivered properly. I would like to raise a complaint against this.

I contacted all these number . The below numbers are hopeless,

I escalated to 22247957, they gave one number [protected]. I escalated, he promptly addressed the problem, but again showed his un professionalism by not updating the status.
