I have ordered D&G Intenso 125ml from perfumery.co.in by paying 5k.
my order number is #[protected] placed on July 4, 2018 5:07:50 IST
They sent me diluted version of the product and now they are not responding to return the product and taking my calls.

Pls. don't buy anything from them, after getting the money they evaporate like their fake perfumes.

Projekt Perfumery India Customer Care's response Dear Sir

The product is what is supplier by brand distributor as of July 2018 .

All stores across India are selling same Version.

You are comparing it your old bottle, which is not a valid comparison.

We requested you to compare/ check at nearest store in your city, but you are looking for Intenso which is same as your old one. Which is not possible ..

And sir days are gone when fragrances were diluted, now a days due to tech the makers make them even stronger as the extract doesn't cost much . (Do a bit of research on google about smell alike Oils and you would know)

We even agreed to take it back, and asked you to confirm when it's ready for pick up. Yes pickup foes takes time as we need to coordinate with courier guys. If you and cant you can send on your own and we will pay shipping too.

But instead you posted a complaint here, which is already provided a resolution.

Updated by Kumar Vishwajit Narayan I'm still waiting for your courier guy to pick it up, Nothing resolved yet. seems like you are waiting for the day where you may say that no. of days exceeded so you cant return it now.

Here is the answer of all your concerns;

Q-All stores across India are selling same Version.
A- Not at all, all brand is not selling your version of perfume.

Q-You are comparing it your old bottle, which is not a valid comparison.
A- Offcourse, i'm using authentic version of Intenso perfume so i can tell you if it is fake or diluted.

A- Dear Mohit, Google the meaning of "dilute" then you may understand the concern.

A- Your promises are false till date, i don't see any further update on following issue, you said you are going to send Blue dart person to pick your package but no one turned up from your end. Commenting here and doing nothing on ground is two different things. pls carry your bottle asap. i'm not putting extra effort and extra money to send it from my side as i dont knoe if you say the bottle was empty ot cracked. so better send your person to check and pick it from my same address.

Projekt perfumery sells fake decants and fake samples do not buy from projekt perfumery website. It sells fake decants and fake perfumes.
My first order for 10 ml of tobacco vanille tom ford went fine so thid time ordered mirr of it and they sent me watered down version of the fragrance with no sillage and forget longetivity.

This fake guy Mohit is cheating customers with his fake perfumes and website. He should be put in JAIL. I'm making a case against him and will soon serve him a legal notice.

He's only selling the original perfumes from his store and to other perfume retailers. But online, he's selling one batch of perfumes in diluted form and other batches mixed with artificial oils or ITTAR. This can lead to very bad health effects on skin and lungs!
Last but not the least, he will always ship your order without some item or the other. Then he keeps ignoring your calls and whatsapp msgs for months until you give up calling altogether!

MC, I will get you arrested soon. BKL Mohit, it's time we close your shady operations.

I agree. Have had a terrible experience with him. Paid him for a product, recd a damaged and according to him a dubai version. Sent it back to him. Not received any update from them.. No replacement or refund. They dont take calls or messages. Think we should form a community and take group action against such fraud.
