I ordered a combo of products (2 watches and a bag) under irctc provogue offer vide order no. [protected] dated 08.05.2018. I have got the items through dtdc courier. The gents watch is not working at all. I tried to register a complaint through their phone number[protected], but it is suspended. I tried to register complaint in their site, but their site says the order number is invalid. I feel cheated. Was this information helpful? | |||||

On 21/5/18 i had booked the above gift (order no[protected] offer and had paid rs 649 for the same by icici bank net banking by me at Meerut. but till date no trace of the same and my order number[protected] is not track . Please take immediate action and inform me of the whereabouts of the order..
