Provogue India — Order Confirmation not received (Watch not received) | |||
Pls give me a response over below mail which was communicated to Provogue India on 27th August 2015. I have tried several times to contact your customer care no but it is always says this no is not available. . Even though after this mail was sent to Provogue India, they had no courtesy to revert back. Whereas ICICI Bank has stated that I have to contact Provogue India. I want to know why Provogue India is not reverting back with the correct answer as I have seen many such cases on Consumer complaints forum & I fear losing my money because of such negligence from Provogue. For this transaction the details were Name-Arnav Madhav Joshi Email- [protected]@gmail.com Tel- [protected] Delivery Address- Tathastu Bunglow, near dominos, sec 3 charkop, ganesh chowk kandivali west. If icici bank has confirmed me below that money is out of my account for this transaction, then why am i not given any order confirmation for this?? Please revert.
