Dear Sir, I have purchased in BATTLEGROUND MOBILE INDIA, for UC through in Game Purchase. My payment deducted but didn't received UC in my account. My Details are given below. Character ID - [protected] Character Name - HE͜Mʜa͜lo Payment Method - UPI PHONE PE Payment Account Email - [protected]@gmail.com UC Buy Pack - 600 UC Payment Amount - Rs. 750.00 Payment Date - 02 July 2021 Payment Time India - 19:06 Transaction Id T2107021907073276654440 Collect id AXIefd704b65f9f495abbf12bcdf73c5ad0 Paid to [protected]@axisbank UTR[protected] My money got debited from my account but it showed that purchase has failed.I didn't receive my uc not did I got any refund.Please either give me uc in pubg mobile or refund my money.
