Iam dinesh I have paid rs 750 for the elite pass in bgmi but I don't get uc after paid confirmation....

My uc has stucked I have paid 750rs also Transaction was successfully completed.
Then too I did not receive uc either give me refund or transfer my uc...

I have send 380 rs to bgmi and i didn't get the uc, 380 rs was paid and gone from my balance account...

Today i.e 6 July 2021, I paid 2 times amount of ₹730 for UC in Battleground mobile india and the money got deducted both the times but I didn't received the UC it showed transaction failed, please help!!...

Money is debited from my account but we have not recieved uc in pubg...
