I had paid for UC pack which costs 1900 Rs. And it should error message, so I did the payment again. I checked my google account and it showed payment went through both the times I tried.The error message was misleading and it made me transact amount again thinking the transaction I did the first time didn't go through.i have technically paid 2 times (Rs.3800 for Rs.1900)for the product. The worst part is I did not receive my UC despite paying for it. Please refund the second time translated payment as the "error and payment failed message from your side was very misleading.Clearly the fault is on your side, and I'm well within my right here to ask for a refund for the transaction I had tried 2nd time. So I would really like to receive the UC I had paid for which was Rs.1900 worth o[censored]C and the refund of the Rs.1900 I had paid bcoz the error message made it look like the transaction done first time failed. Resolve the issue ASAP and please improve ur customer care system despite raising several complaints not even one single response.
