My ign:- spãrtan, character id:- [protected], got banned for no reason. A level 67 i'd got banned for no reason because your anti cheat system detected it. How could you be so careless. I bought a new phone and when i logged to my old phone again they banned my i'd. I have given almost 3 year to this. You know what it takes to make a level 73 i'd. Royal pass from season 2, prime membership. And they just ban it for a #. Please help me to unban my account. I have written then 10 times but everytime automated reply.

      This is gopinath, i have redeemed 3000 battle coins using my uc then i
      Tried to redeem 300 uc for that coins in shop, error occurred, after that
      My 3000 battle coins are gone and also i am unable to find my 300 uc and

        My battle coins got deducted from the battle shop but i didn't receive my UC i had total 5003 battle coins it is showing that i redeemed the 500uc pack but i didn't receive the uc in my in-game mail

              I am writing 10th mail, please help me to unban my account because I have not used any of third party and you can wath the gameplay which I have played and my kd is around 2.9.

                Hello, My account was banned for 10 years, and I have never used any hack or cheats Please explain how that happened. I want to understand how you guys don’t ban the real hackers ( which are paid ) and you know about them, while you ban other pro players accounts who don’t use them.

                            I made an in-game purchase of 325 uc (Pubg mobile in-game cash) for ₹420 on 5th august 2020. The uc was supposed to be credited to my pubg mobile account within 24 hours. But even after 24 hours i did not receive any uc credit. I tried contacting pubg mobile customer service but after a few computer generated messages i did not get any replies from the customer service. I mailed the grievances officer for india but even after 24 hours i have not received any mail from them. My pubg mobile player name is “inubis” and my pubg mobile player id is [protected]. The transaction was made through state bank of india internet banking. The transaction reference number is igajckiag3.

                                  I purchased UC from pubg in-app transaction, money got deducted from my bank account but I didn't get my the item which I purchased (i.e UC). The transaction was done on TIMES OF MONEY LTD (WWW.DIRECPAY.COM).

                                  After doing further I realised that this transaction is not reflecting in my Google Payment Center whereas money got deducted from my account. This is the transaction id number which evidence that payment is done [protected].

                                  Requesting you to please look into this and try to resolve it at the earliest.

                                    I paid about 800 rupees for buying 600+ uc in pubg mobile version and the amount is debited from my account and the uc is not reflected or updated in my account and after the purchase while redirecting to the pubg mobile app its shown that the payment is failed and already the money is debited and its been two days and i didn't get any refund.. Please do necessary action for this issue

                                      Regarding UC deduction

                                      PUBG NAME:乙モUちツFlam

                                      I was playing the game and I got AG which opens the Supply crate so i was
                                      opening the crate and got disconnected after re connection. My UC was
                                      deducted(198 UC around). I was not purchased by me so I request you to
                                      refund the UC to my account.

                                      Above was my complaint that was send by to PUBG Mobile support also i submitted review to google play store and twitted too but it's been 4-5 days i didn't get any response from PUBG support so what do i do?
