Near janhagir hospital signal i miss timed with traffic light and got jumped (broke signal). But traffic police along with single jumping logged the charges of Parking vehicle in dangerous condition/Causing obstruction to free flow of traffic which is completely fake. its flowing road I didn't park anywhere.

Dear sir,
Plz check the facts that I got the wrong challan form your department. That bike is not mine which is shown in image. I was not present on that road that day. I was in the Baramati then how came I can be in pune. Please check the facts plz

Traffic Police Officer Rahul R. Sonar, PO. CO. 0587, Pune City, has stopped my vehicle in between of Road, I have Provided him with License, RC & Insurance Details. He further demanded me cash. He used rude behavior and used bad words. He further threatened me to cancel my Driving License.
Location – ABC Chowk Signal, Bajirao Road, Pune City
Time & Date : 18/03/2021, Morning around 10:45 AM

Today I was checking for any challan on my 2 - wheeler MH-12 LR 6303. I found there is challan 2 challan of Rs 200/- each Total Rs 400/-
When I see the image. it is made on HMV No. MH-12 LT 6303
Challan details attached for your ready reference.
You are requested to correct the records immediately & clear my 2 wheeler records

I live in Pune. I could not see signal so by mistake I broke Signal. But traffic police showed different charge against me as I parked vehicle in the dangerous condition which is totally fake.

Today I received an E-challan (challan no- PNCCM[protected]) with reason as Not wearing seat belt. The vehicle shown in the attached image is not mine and it clearly shows number - MH12LP4881. Please do the needful and cancel my challan and send it to the right vehicle owner.

A, A, Menon path is a street running from PMC road to DIstrict and sessions court, Pune, the area is called Old Tophkhana, Shivajinagar. at the starting point of the road, many rickshaws used to wait for passengers creating traffic hurdles. it is a street going to the court. the commuters facing problems every day due to this unauthorized stop.
PFA the photos clicked on 13/03/2021 at 2:35 pm when two rickshaws were waiting in no parking zone disturbing traffic. upon asking to clear the road the rickshaw driver started bullying.

I was coming from company, to home, at ramtekdi trafic control signal, a lady constable, taken me side, I asked her what is my fault, I was following all signal rule, wearing helmet, mask, having lisence, still she fined me, for no mirror, cause, I told her, that, all bokes have no mirror, why, you are only taking me, even if I followed all rules, at same time I showed her a bullet having no mirror, jumping red signal, having no helmet, and no mask, but not fined or taken his number for fine, but I was observing all, rule like, red signal, zebra crossing, helmet, mask but still I was fined, my bikes keys were taken, also, when I asked why you are using different rule for different person, she, shouted on me & told you see yourself, , we will do what we want.
This incident, gives us message that we should not observe trafic rule,
If we observe with shall befined,

Can trafic department want to give such message for people

Today I received fine of Rs. 700 against violation of rules, which is not a fact.

I have gone through the details and notice that the vehicle in the image attached as a proof is not my vehicle. The vehicle make and the registration number is different from my vehicle.

I request you to reverse / cancel this challan and fine as well.

I haven't break any traffic signel still traffic police on bhandarkar road charge me 200rs. Money, for these reason that police should get suspended on immediate basis.

I have just check my echallan details, In that I have challan with challan number PNCCC[protected] has been filed on me, the bike that shown in image is not mine, and it clearly seen in the image that the bike number is different MH12 HK ...something, this not my bike and still the challan has been filed on my bike.

Please remove this challan as soon as possible.

Traffic police is providing same number to different vehicle and charging some body else for not doing any thing.
My vehicle no. is registered with somebody else not wearing helmet and I got penalised through challan no.PNCCC[protected]
My vehicle registered for this number is Shine not Activa

Dear Sir,
I am penalized by RTO Pune for non wearing helmet, But the image shown is not of my vehicle. My vehicle no is MH12 RB0503 but make of vehicle is Honda Shine.
In image there is vehicle with same number but of Activa or some thing like that moped. so please check type of vehicle for my number to correct challan.
Also if some one else is using my number on his vehicle why should i pay fine.

Hi Sir,

I have been issued with wrong e-challan MTPCCC[protected]. The challan number have been issued for Speed violating by driver.

After seeing the image in the challan the vehicle number is not matching.

My vehicle number is MH01AR4822.

The vehicle number on e-challan image is MH01AR4622.

Please find attached the images from the challan showing the mismatch of vehicle number for reference.

Kindly requesting you to correct it and issue challan to correct offender.

Today 07 march 2021, I jumped an traffic signal near Sanghvi new bridge Pune, traffic police caught me and took pictures of my bike, and later told me to pay 700rs fine for jumping signal, I said its to much money so he told me to give 200rs and go, I had 100rs which I gave him and he let me go but after some time I got a E-Challan of 400rs.

My complaint is for -

1 - Traffic police had stopped me and clicked my vehicle number images but why didn't he click my image with the vehicle? because I had already stopped.
2 - If I was stopped then why didn't the police officer check my license and insert my license number on challan?
he took 100rs and told to go so I felt its over and I didn't ask him anything.
3 - He took bribe of 100rs, if there is a cctv on that signal then please check and after taking bribe and letting me go after sometime he made my E-Challan.
4 - I got challan for breaking of 2 rules -
a - MVDR 24(2)/177 MVA Police manual signal violation - 200rs
b - MMVR 239/177 MVA Jumping signal - 200rs
I agree to pay jumping signal fine but I didn't break police manual signal so why is this charged.

I was ready to pay challan on the spot where he caught me, but that officer told me to give money and go, he said he wont file a challan, but he took bribe along with that he also filed a challan after I went,

I didn't check if there were any cctv, but if there were then please check the details and take action against such officer.

Hello sir, I am filing a complaint for sending a wrong challn on my vehicle of Rs.400/- and I had to pay the fine due to burden of arrogant police officer. I kindly request you to refund me the amount paid for this wrong challan against my vehicle. The challan noumber is PNCCM[protected] for my vehicle number Mh12SE1212. You can refer the image on the challan it is of some SUv fortuner with number 0001.

Traciff police has captured photo n send to me.

I had park the car outside of the road n
when for take charging cable trafficc police click the photo echallan near chimbani phatta. Charge @1200 for dangerous driving. May I know why they do such think with poor people complete the target in March. I am agree for black flim for @200 but not for dangerous driving i request to waive off 1000rs n I am agree to pay @200 please suggest me what action should take regards Mahesh bangar.
