Punjab National Bank Housing Finance [Pnbhfl] — Delay in Home Loan Foreclosure Letter

Hello Team,
I had applied for Home loan closure on 31st December at PNB housing's, Chinchwad Branch in Pune, Maharashtra as I'm selling my flat.
I got banks preclosure request reference no. 20680185 on same day. The submitted cheque for loan closure processing fees was cleared on 3rd January 2023. The message from Bank said letter will be issued within 21 working days or on 25th January. I even got verification call on 16th January from Bank. However surprisingly when I was anticipating mail to collect letter on 25th Jan. I got mail saying the process is delayed but did not specify the revised date.
From that day I've contacted their customer service on numerous occasions but they too don't give any clarity. Just keep repeating standard lines. Like "loan closure request is still not approved", " we have escalated it above". 'if the buyer had opted for PNB loan the process will get faster"..
I've also complained on mails but again no positive response there too.
It's becoming frustrating for me as well as my property buyer.
I request help in this matter as I'm loosing hard earned money on EMI due to delay by Bank.
