Punjab National Bank Housing Finance [Pnbhfl] — Delay in Preclosure Letter

Dear Team,
PNB housing finance team is delaying to provide foreclosure letter, why do they take 15 working days to provide foreclosure letter. Nowadays systems are more faster to process any type of loans, but do their system are very slow in processing to close loan?
I have paid all my EMI genuinely and the same i am expecting from bank side. Money is most important matter for everyone and not only for banks. Already i have paid a lot to my bank. I am following with customer care team daily for providing a closure letter. PNB will not receive check from 25th to end of the month. Again there will be delay now. My loan account no is HOU/COI/0716/304587 & NHL/COI/0119/633559

Kindly provide Pre clousure Letter to my Both Loan Accounts I hope PNBHL Will understand customer need
