Punjab National Bank Housing Finance [Pnbhfl] — Delay in providing Foreclosure letter and no reply from customer care mail ID

I Pranav Agrawal with loan acc. no. HOU/PM/0219/643576 have raised a request for foreclosure letter on 25th February 2021 through Mail, there was no reply. Then I sent reminder on 12th March 2021 through Mail, there was no reply.

Then today (15th March 2021) I went to PNB housing Chinchwad branch as there was no reply on mail, The executive told me foreclosure request are not accepted through mail. How will I come to know this process.
And when I have mailed twice to PNB housing customer mail ID, Why there was not reply saying that Customer should visit branch for foreclosure.
Executive at the bank told it will take 15 days for the process, If I would have known your process I would have gone in branch on 25 February itself.
I already have foreclosure letter in month of January then just to get updated foreclosure WHY PNB Housing need to call me again, I don’t want my loan account in PNB Housing, this think I have already told in your 1st call at the time of 1st Foreclosure letter.
Today is 15th now you will take 10-15 days, then after 25th PNB Hosing will not accept the DD\Cheques.
What should customer do, just wait and wait to complete the process. I want to know why customer care mail was not sent to me for my 1st mail dated 25th Feb 2021.

Also request you to please provide me Foreclosure letter as soon as possible.
