Punjab National Bank Housing Finance [Pnbhfl] — foreclosure letter process

I have sent an application for foreclosure letter for my home loan (A/c 456359) on 4th feb and still not get any update/call from them. Pnb housing is unnecessarily taking too much time as 15 working days for providing foreclosure letter. Where, other banks provide on the same day. After several followup with customer care and the branch getting the same response that process will take time. Their process is harassing customer.
