[Resolved]  Punjab National Bank Housing Finance [Pnbhfl] — Pre closure letter and List of Documents

This is with reference to my existing Home loan with PNBHFL with account no. HOU/KRDI/0419/685835.

On 9th August 22 I have raised request for pre closure letter and List of documents through Kharadi (Pune Branch) with service request 19697193 & 19697213. I was informed that it take 15 working days. Now it sis 2nd Sept but I have not received my requested documents. I am making consistent follow up with customer care but looks like they are purposely making delay. First they said it is in process then said it will be done by 31st Aug. As this date is passed now, today they said it is in process.

Why so much time is required to provide two documents. It is totally harassment from PNBHFL. I also marked the copy of communication to Nodal officer but nothing happened so far.

I wrote mail to Nodal officer today also and marked copy of mail to "executive.[protected]@pnbhousingfinance.com". But I got mail delivery failure for executive.[protected]@pnbhousingfinance.com.

I request your help in this regard to get my documents as early as possible.
