I have a home loan with PNB HFL and i requested for BT to other bank for better roi. Now, PNB HFL guys says i have to pay 3% pre-closing charges and minimum time they take to provide foreclosure latter is 15 working days.
They literally create lot of problems and delay the issues. In any other bank you go there is no pre-closure charges and foreclosure letter will be given within a day.

@PNB HFL: Please grow and satisfy the customers to retain them. If i have to go for loan again you are making me not even think about PNB HFL.

I am apply for home loan in PNB housing Kalyan . every day i am taking follow up from Loan Officer Dipak but still not give any clarification loan done or reject without any confirmation & they are deposited my Cheque no. 665445 for Rs 5900 So please i request please stop the payment on urgent basis any how stop this payment.

Hello,
This is with reference to my existing loan with PNBHFL with account no. NHL/COC/0518/531284.

On 30 November 22 I have raised request for pre closure letter and List of documents through Cochin (Vytilla Branch. I was informed that it take 21working days. Now it is 30 December 2022but I have not received my requested documents. I am making consistent follow up with customer care but looks like they are purposely making delay. First they said it is in process then said it will be done within 21 working days . As this date is passed now, today they said it is in process.

Why so much time is required to provide two documents. It is totally harassment from PNBHFL. I visited the branch they said they have no clue whatsoever.

I request your help in this regard to get my documents as early as possible.

Hello Evania, I'm facing same problem with PNB housing. Did you get letter from Bank? And when? I had applied for Home loan closure on 31st dec. and was supposed to receive letter on 25th Jan. But still not received. I too follw-up through emails, calling customer care but no concrete answer is ggiven. If you have received letter, Any suggestions on how to make bank expedite the process?

I have applied for Loan Closure on 30th Jan with the fees through cheque. The fee was deducted on 01st Feb, but is 10th March but fore-closure letter was not received by now.
Reminder sent everyday, reached to Nodal but no use.

Don't understand how to get this letter

I applied for a home Loan transfer from PNB Housing Finance to HDFC Bank and asked for the foreclosure letter and a list of documents that PNB holds against my property. Just to get a foreclosure letter and a list of documents, they are charging Rs 750+ GST for foreclosure letter as well as Rs 750+ GST for providing a list of documents that PNB holds against my property. Also, they mentioned that they are going to send me my documents after 21 working days, I even asked for the documents over the email for faster delivery, however, they aren't listening. It's such a pathetic bank that I ever dealt. I will never advice anyone to take loan from PNB Housing Finance as they are money snatchers.
