Punjab National Bank Housing Finance [Pnbhfl] — Required foreclosure letter immediately or in time

Sir,
I have applied for home loan foreclosure letter to PNB housing finance limited Nagpur and paid necessary fees.
And when i asked customer care they told me it with in 48 hours i will receive call from concerned team and they will ask for reason why I want to foreclose my home loan or if i will sell my flat then will ask for aggreement letter copy. so I want to know why they require such letter. They should have to provide me foreclosure letter with mentioned amount is enough and i will pay that much amount.
So why they require such letter or just they want to delay foreclosure letter.
48 hours over still i have not received any call from foreclosure team.
Kindly look out in my matter and provide me foreclosure letter in time.
(I read lot of negative reviews of pnb housing finance for delaying foreclosure letter) .
So i am in advance submitting this report and requesting you to provide me foreclosure letter in time.
