Punjab National Bank Housing Finance [Pnbhfl] — Wrong communication done during loan sanction -No EMI before possession

Dear Sir / Madam,

During my home loan sanction, it was communicated to me that there will not any EMI/interest till the possession of the property. and when the disbursement is done to builder, the EMI is started as interest mode which is unacceptable. Now I am not able to pay any amount monthly before possession of my flat. So please resolve the same and stop the EMI before possession. Otherwise I need to file a complaint to RBI against PNBHFL .

PNBHFL, please provide clarification that why disbursement made and putting customers in risks. Setting with builder? same like my case.
