Punjab National Bank [PNB] — Atm cash not dispense but account debited

Hi Sir,
My name is Rishav Jain and I have an account in your bank which account no is [protected]
I have withdrawn 15000 INR on 15/11/2020 at 12:13:50 pm from PNB trasport nagar Meerut (UP) 250002 ATM ( which was Oriental bank of commerce ATM before), And I have got a message of successful transaction


But during transaction when money about to come out, ATM got shut down after that it was restarted
Money haven't come out but ammount was deducted from account.

That day was bank holiday so I was not able to anything.

After that I have made complaint through customer care call center of PNB which complaint number is (A[protected]

I had wait more than 8 working days, they were assuring me money will come but I haven't received my money yet

Then, I have also visited my PNB branch ( Gymkhana maidan meerut) many times and they were saying " you have to email on these email id :-. [protected]@pnb.co.in and

I have also sent email to this email
ids [protected]@pnb.co.in, [protected]@pnb.co.in [protected]@pnb.co.in

I haven't got any clear reply from them, I will send you all the replies that I have got.

It's been 45 days now but i haven't got money refunded yet

So, I requested you to kindly please check ATM CCTV footage during transaction (15/11/2020 at 11:50 AM to 12:30 PM) and ATM transaction regards and refund my money

Please help me I have called, emailed, visited branch many times, nobody is solving my problem.
I had really frustrating experience.
