My name is (SHUBHAM MALIK) and I had ordered (Deepcool MACUBE 110 WH White Micro ATX Computer Cabinet) of RS.Amount (4, 337) in Amazon on (07-Nov-2020) and after (19-Nov-2020) I returned this order due to personal reason. And on (19-Nov-2020)
Amazon initiated the amount to my card but I still didn't get the money. Amazon sent this reference number

There is refund of amount 940 and 1880 which I didn't receive

There is an refund of 940 and 1880 from irctcwhich is successfully refunded from irctc but bank not crediting my amount they also behaving rudly on call and not giving me accurate information
The refund was credited till 28th December but today 14th of december and not credited
Please help me sir as soon ass possible...

We are keep on visiting to PNB (Ambur Branch) in person to check the subsidiary refund amount was sent from Haj Committee on 10-Nov-19 against UTR # [protected] on daily basis. It was told by branch team that it was not debited since it was returned back to party whereas the person who has sent this was clearly told that it was not returned from bank. Kindly help to look into this and arrange the same would be highly appreciated....

Hello,
Amazon India has refunded me Rs 142/- in my bank account.
My bank account was united bank of india which is now PNB.
