Myntra has processed me a refund of Rs 939 on 20th Jan but it is not getting reflected in my account. Myntra has also provided a 23 digit ARN number to me proving that the refund was successful but when I asked pnb branch to track the transaction they denied simply and are not ready to help me at all. They say they can't track. Is this how you treat your customers pnb? Provide me my refund

    I had ordered something from Amazon on 10-JAN-2021 which I successfully returned on 12-JAN-2021. Since I paid for the order by debit card, the amount was supposed to be credited to my bank account which did not happened till now. I contacted the amazon team which replied to me back with an RRN number stating that they successfully initiated the refund process. After that, I visited the bank with the RRN number given by Amazon but they refused to help to say that this of no use to them. I regularly check my balance, but the amount is not credited since then. My RRN numbers are 74332741014101341017278, 74332741014101339422274 . Attached is the App screenshot from the Amazon team stating that the refund has been successfully completed.

      Atm cash not dispense but account debited

      Hi Sir,
      My name is Rishav Jain and I have an account in your bank which account no is [protected]
      I have withdrawn 15000 INR on 15/11/2020 at 12:13:50 pm from PNB trasport nagar Meerut (UP) 250002 ATM ( which was Oriental bank of commerce ATM before), And I have got a message of successful transaction


      But during transaction when money about to come out, ATM got shut down after that it was restarted...

      I was supposed to get a refund from Indian Institute of banking and Finance for a transaction of Rs. 4130 done on[protected] UPI/[protected]. IIBF has informed me that they have processed the refund on their side on[protected]. IIBF has provided me with a credit note and Bank reference ID[protected] to enquire with the bank. I have sent emails to [protected]@pnb.co.in and also to toll free number yet no solution. I had written a formal complaint to the bank in the branch on[protected] in branch, no response yet. Please look into the matter and credit my refund.

                  I have opened a new account in PNB Vrindavan Yojna Branch of Lucknow on 6th Jan 2021. While opening I checked for the option of linking Aadhaar with NPCI for DBT service. Till now I have applied for this linking two times physically in Branch also. But there is some problem in linking Aadhaar. Currently my other old account is showing on Uidai bank linking status which should be this PNB account as per my request.

                  Kindly solve this issue as soon as possible. I have to use this PNB account for availing scholarship and I have to provide bank details to them. Its urgent.

                          Sir, I purchased a fastag online with Punjab National Bank having Fastag ID as : [protected] for the Vehicle UPAZ9577 but the same is not attached with Bank Account and I could not even recharge the fastag. I met with PNB, Main Branch they show me the way of customer care Number. I call customer care they told to do all this with MY FASTAG APP. But when I tried to link fastag with bank account, system reply that VEHICLE DOES NOT EXIST WITH THE VEHICLE NUMBER (SCREENSHOT ATTACHED). Kindly resolve the issue sir.

                            I ordered a sweatshirt from Flipkart which I canceled somewhat later and they were supposed to refund the money by 17 Jan 2021 which isn't refunded actually.                               I had Ordered highlander full sleeve men's wear from flipkart with order ID on 13th JAN 2020 which i successfully canceled on the same day and since i had paid through Google pay the amount was supposed to be credited in my bank account which did not happen till date. I contacted the FLIPKART team which replied me back with a reference number stating that they successfully initiated the refund process on 13TH itself and its up to the bank to credit the same in my account in time which can take 5-6 Business days but it has been longer than that. Proof of the bank reply which is given to me is also attached with it.
