[Resolved]  Punjab National Bank [PNB] — Cash deposit machine failed to deposit money in my account

I am an account holder o[censored]ltadanga branch. My account number is[protected].On date- 29/05/2021, around - 7:51 PM deposit machine located at Near Shyambazar branch kolkata area.

I tried to deposit a cash of Rs 5, 600 in the ATM. But, due to some unknown technical reason.

my money got stuck in the CDM and I was not able to deposit the money.

I have not received any receipt also.
