Hi sir,

I have visited atm on 13/08/2017 located at ashram chowk. I have entered amount 10, 000 for withdrawn. I don't received any amount but i got message on my mobile that 10, 000 is withdrawn from my account. I am attaching snapshot with this mail. Please go through below details and revert my amount in my account as soon as possible.

Customer care says we have found successful transaction.
I am not satisfy i want cctv video for that day. Its your fault that atm do not work properly, i want my money back any how. Otherwise i have to take action against this.
