Punjab National Bank [PNB] — damage note in atm machine

I withdraw the 1000 rs in punjab national bank atm machine located in ramnagar basai road gurgaon -122001 atm id is - d7334200 at 11:25 a. M date - 29/07/2019... There is one 500 currency is damaged... I show the currency in atm camera... And ask to atm guard how to change the currency... He totally decline... He told me... You should go the nearest punjab national branch and you change this currency... Then i go to nearest branch... Situated fountain chowk adarsh nagar sector 12... Here one lady she is manager i think he totally decline he say i am not change your currency.. So i ask the reason? Then she told me that atm is not under area... As we know the rule of rbi we are change any note who damage in wihdrw any atm we are change any bank... But here home branch punjab national bank decline my request..
Then how to believe to any bank change this.. What this service totlly fraud punjab national bank service... Then i call punjab national bank custmer care at [protected] but he not helped me customer care provied me a number [protected]... But he didn't help me... I belong at a middle class family... My monthly income is 12000 how to increse money i know... Cust care, branch manager, atm guard no body help me... I ques to punjab national bank owner wht your service... As a customer how to know the what is your nearest branch who attach your atm branch... No body help me... How to change my currency please help... I show all picture with the proof... It mailed but pnb didnt reply
