Punjab National Bank [PNB] — fastag not received and status pending

I had applied for pnb fastag (Via online) with following details:
Reference number : a23748
Application number : app0150807
The required documents were uploaded with application and the fee was paid.
I have not yet received my fastag.
The status shows pending (On pnb fastag site) till date and the customer care is clueless and are not able to provide any update.
I have even emailed to pnb fastag but no response received.

Request you to kindly resolve the issue or process a refund of my fastag fee.

I had applied for pnb fastag (Via online) on 29th December, 2019 with following details:
Reference number : A23748
Application number : APP0150807.
My Fastag got approved or active on 13th Jan, 2020 but till date I have not yet received my Fastag.
The customer care are clueless and have no answers.
PNB Fastag customer care service is worst and useless
Request you to kindly resolve the issue or process a refund of my Fastag fee.

My sincere request to all : ** PLEASE DON'T APPLY or GO FOR PNB FASTAG**
Try some other bank Fastag .

Seller refunded my amount through debit card but amount not come in my account and bank denied to me to raise a charge back dispute and not tell me properly anything
Sir I purchased PNB fastag online, TAG ID is : [protected] but the same is not attached with PNB Account. When I try to link it with bank account system reply "Vehicle does not exists with the Vehicle Number. Till date I could not recharge this fastag. Customer care could not help me they say to do with the help of my fastag app. I am attaching herewith screenshot. I the same is activated then why could I not able to recharge/link with the bank account.
