Punjab National Bank [PNB] — FDR premature before 35 minutes without giving information

On 14 September 2021 I gave three FDRs to Senior Manager of Pnb of chetak circle branch near UIT Udaipur. Out of 3 FDRS 2 were matured on 6th n 10th Sept but one was Mature on 15th September. At 4.25pm FD of 15th September prematured without my instructions n due to 35 minutes of pre maturity I suffered a loss of Rs. 3300. I only wrote pl mature my fdr n transfer into my saving account backside of FD. They didn't share the information regarding loss of rs 3300 due to prematurity of 35 minutes. I was in branch at that time but no permission is taken. I received msg n then I knew about loss. On 16th September when I visited branch regarding this loss they refuse to repay the loss amount. Pl favour n solve my problem n I want repayment of Rs. 3300. These fDs were in name of my mother in law. On her behalf I was dealing with bank.
