Dear sir i was unable to maintain my saving bank account balance due to my illness so that your bank has charged huge amount that is Rs 2400. I want to know that what is maximum amount chargeable for non maintainance of balance. who will choose your banking services if these types of charges imposed by your bank . I do not expect these types of charges from reputed bank like PNB. Please refund my money as soon as possible. MY MOBILE NO IS [protected]

Sent emails, complained online, spoken to help desk. No Joy! What a total waste of time. Have not been able to make any payments from my tri nagar account [protected] for over a month. Going to try another bank now. Have applied for account with state bank, southall now. Thanks for nothing.

Here we go again. Been trying to get a cheque book from pnb. Guess the only way is to physically go into the bank. Tried all other avenues. No response to email etc. Wish i could buy a pair of wings!
