Punjab National Bank [PNB] — i am not receiving any messages & email about my transaction

This is to state that, i have already enrolled for monthly email-statement... The last i got the monthly email-statement was of november 2017 there after i haven't received it...
When i contacted to the home branch i am not getting any proper response from there as the employees there are already frustrated by there work & are not even willing to listen... I am already facing the issue since last year, this is my second complaint for pnb bank...!

Pls provide me the monthly statement by email of my account & provide me the text messages of the each tranaction done, my account details are
